Election Defenders video (2020)
I directed this short video for Election Defenders, starring the best of Philly.

Elections 2020
I was also responsible for this eagle puppet and for organizing a massive art mobilization in Philly between the 2020 election and when the results were called.
PES Oil Refinery Expansion Protest. Collaboration with Brian Bazemore (2016)
Brian and I designed and created the visual strategy for this protest. Protesters spontaneously decided to "plant" them at the refinery's gate when the rally was over. The expansion was denied and the refinery has since closed.
Puppetry in Jordan and Palestine (2010)
In 2010, I spent six weeks in Jordan and the West Bank teaching shadow puppetry workshops for Palestinian youth and refugees. Workshops were held at women's centers, centers for orphaned children, and Palestinian theaters. This was my thesis project for my MFA. Big ups to Rachel Monroe, who accompanied me and assisted.
Art Shanties Projects. Collaboration with Mitchell Dose (2012)
This Flintstone-style mail car delivered hand written letters around a frozen lake in Minnesota.
Winter Wonderland for the Enterprise Center (2018)
For three years, The Enterprise Center in Philadelphia has commissioned me to build a recycled cardboard winter wonderland for their annual Christmas event with Santa. The event is held in Max Paul park, next to the center. The park is also a community garden. Each year, I've built the wonderland with the help of the farmers tending the garden.
Barebones Halloween Extravaganza (2011-2016)
For several years I worked as a visiting artist, section designer and lighting designer for this amazing community Halloween puppet show that has been going for over 20 years.
